My Travel Story
My journey in the travel industry began over three decades ago, officially starting in 1994 and continuing with Marlin Travel since 2009. What began as a personal passion for exploration soon evolved into a full-time career, and in 2013, that passion led me to proudly own and operate my own Marlin Travel location.
My love for travel was sparked early on, and in my twenties, I lived and travelled extensively across Europe for six months - an experience that deeply shaped my appreciation for history, culture, and immersive journeys, and have since returned many times. Since then, I’ve made it a point to explore new destinations every year, both for work and personal enrichment. From river and ocean cruises to guided group tours, solo adventures, and family getaways, my travels have taken me across the globe, enriching my knowledge and enhancing the value I bring to every itinerary I create.
Since 2016, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to create and personally guide my own tour from Vancouver, B.C., to Vietnam and Cambodia every March - an experience that allows me to share my expertise directly with clients on the road.
