My Travel Story
Experiencing the world in all of its wonder is such a gift.
When I close my eyes, I can hear the roar of the lions in the African bush, the beat of the African drums resonate deep in my soul and I can taste the dust of Africa rising, as the warriors’ feet land on the dry ground.
Standing on a deserted beach on Haida Gwaii, marveling at the dancing of the northern lights, watching steam rising from the geysers of Yellowstone National Park; overcoming my fear of heights so that I could hike to bottom of the Grand Canyon (a bucket list item).
Beholding the Statue of Liberty and the Eiffel Tower with my very own eyes! Cruising down the river Rhine, hearing the bells ring in Westminster Abby, sipping an ale in a pub in London. The smells & sights in the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul, a dawn ride through the rice paddies on a tuk tuk to witness the sun rise over Angkor Wat in Cambodia, cuddling a baby Orangutan at an animal sanctuary in Bali, visiting the Lost City of Petra, seeing the Roman Ruins in Ephesus, the Statue of David in Florence, the Mona Lisa in the Louvre…..
The wonders are endless, and that is why I am so excited to work as a travel professional, assisting others go out and experience.
